Puggled!

Do you think that's where the word came from?

I did some shopping this morning and picked up some very pretty little pinks and a lavender for Katy's garden at Lidl. A good price as ever too. I then went round and planted them. Looks good.

Round at our house, revelling in the sunshine, I decided to stretch out on my lounger and relax. I went back to the garage to pick up my cushion and got back to find I had been usurped! Ali was very keen to keep him in the shade as pugs are notoriously bad at regulating their temperature but he wasn't having any of it.

I think I'm losing it! I picked up a cheap pair of joggers yesterday in Morrisons. When I tried them on at home I found they were far too big in the waist and and a foot too long in the leg so I had to take them back. The saleslady looked at the label, then looked at the bottom of one of the legs and then at me. To my horror I realised I had picked up the wrong pair of (dirty) trousers when I rushed out of the house. I mumbled an apology and we both laughed and I grabbed them and hurried out of the shop and back home. What an idiot. I was glad to see a different person on the customer service desk when I took the correct pair back!

We had a barbecue at Katy and Jon's this evening, no fuss and very tasty. I bought garden, Strawberries, wafers and 'magic' chocolate sauce which goes hard when you put it on ice cream. I was very popular.

Keep safe and well everyone, it's of concern that the contact tracers aren't able to contact people.
