Cranes once again

Perhaps the second night in a row when the overnight low was 4º C was the reason. Whatever, it was a very easy drive to work this morning.

When I went to get my second mug of coffee to drink while dealing with the emails (which appear to breed like rabbits), I saw that the sun was rising. A little north of where the sun had emerged from behind hills and trees, i saw this and liked the ambience.

Got back to Fidelis Avenue just in time to squeeze in a run to the Southend, and was fortunate enough to get a photo of a white-faced heron hunting the tidal pools in the early twilight.
