Finally A Butterfly

I have seen a Swallowtail flying over my back deck, but this one decided to stay around my flowers; he gave me a chance to take several shots of him. He looked quite new....his wings were pristine and beautiful. 

It was overcast and much cooler today.....however, I stayed in most of the day anyway getting stuff done that is difficult to do with a 3 year old around. 

I dread walking out and really looking at my backyard.....the part of the rhododendrons I can see look completely brown.... I suppose I will cut the brown leaves off and it will recover next year......but most of my yard along the golf course is lined with the brown looking bushes.
