Back to Himself Again

It has been a worring day. John woke me up early hours this morning making really frightening noises. Soon found out it wasn't a nightmare. I rang 111 and the person on the phone said I had to get him on the ground off the bed. We have a narrow room so was difficult. I had to get the bedside cabinet out first. 

He was unresponsive for well over an hour and only became responsive as they were putting him in the ambulance. He couldn't remember anything. 

They really don't know what really has happened. The head CT scan cleared a stroke. They don't think he had a heart attack but after the ECG and bloods said he was at a high risk of a heart attack within the next 24 hours.

He is back to his normal self which is good. They are keeping him in hospital for the next 24 hours. The cardiologist will do more tests. Hopefully he will be home tomorrow and all will be well with him.
