Braving the Cold

It was stormy over night with strong winds, hail and rain.That was what most of the day was like too. Later this afternoon it cleared a little. Never saw any snow here but did hear thunder and we had a few heavy falls of hail. In between that we had sunshine.

Akaroa had the power cut for a while because the high winds. Snow fall on the hills around the city and also on Banks Peninsula.. that is where Akaroa is. Sure has been cold with around 4c for most of the day.
