Maine, here we come.

We're leaving tomorrow morning. It's Merry's first  trip, we'll see how she does . She'll have some meds from her vet, a light sedation capsule and a nausea pill, just in case. It's a 6-7 hour car ride, but she should sleep.

This is just a quick blip tonight, sorry for the lack of comments. I'm really tired from the heat. Lots to do outside and inside to prepare and it was just beastly hot outside. I cannot imagine the West Coast heat. I'm a cold weather girl.

This day came in and is going out, beastly hot.

All hands ready to smell the salty Machiasport air and to watch the tidal Machias River flow into the bay.
