Lizzie Trying To Keep Cool

Much more comfortable today and tomorrow is supposed to be even better.  Lizzie has been in this spot all day, maybe because there's a fan blowing in her direction.  There are cooler spots in the apartment but she seems to like this one.  Yesterday I tried misting her but it didn't go well, as might be expected.  

My cataract surgery (right eye) is tomorrow morning so that's one reason I'm glad the weather will be cooler.  I'm still a bit apprehensive despite many people telling me there's nothing to worry about.  It's not that I don't believe them but, lordy, it's my eye -- not a body part that's easily replaced.  I'll let you know.
