Time flies!

It's my youngest birthday today, he's 19. Where has the time gone. I can remember it like yesterday the day he came into the world, my third son. Now here he is all grown up and handsome and it won't be long before he's off to the States for four years. I'll miss him like mad, but I'll not let him know that.

Only did one bootcamp session today. Had lots to do so couldn't fit the second one in. I regret it now....but at least I did one this morning!

I'm enjoying watching comic relief although it really does tug at the heart strings....and yes I always make a donation.
