Interspersed With Rye and Oats

It was very atmospheric as Mr Kit and I took Dylan for a walk this evening. I think my phone caught an odd light as there are no filters on here! We are not sure what the farmer was aiming for but his barley crop is well interspersed/mixed/contaminated with rye and oats.

It was actually a lovely evening for a walk and as Sushi walked Dylan by himself at lunchtime as I had overrunning work calls, I was ready for some exercise and fresh air.

I had an earlier chiropractor visit as my shoulder has flared up again, she also gave my neck a huge crack, which sent shockwaves down my spine, but boy did I feel better afterwards…and a good walk was perfect to really get my muscles warm and moving.
