If It’s Not One Thing …..

….. It’s Another.
Today started well enough until around mid morning when Paddy let out what can only be described as a ‘scream’. During a mad five minutes hurtling around the garden he must have got his rear left leg caught in the garden furniture as he jumped down.
It was immediately apparent that he was in distress so we headed to the vets, lots of pills and potions and a pain killing injection later and having been advised he might need x-rays tomorrow we headed home.

Paddy was feeling mighty sorry for himself and spent most of the day asleep in the sun in the garden. There were moments when he got up and moved around and we have noticed that he seems to be gradually increasing the weight on his leg and the range of movement is improving.

Keeping our fingers crossed for tomorrow.
