MacGregor's cave.
I can't believe this is already the last full day of our holiday at Kinloch Rannoch, we have to depart tomorrow morning.
Having had another gentle start to the day we were intending to walk a long walk on Rannoch Moor but the weather changed and rain was falling by the time we were ready. It is a very remote and place so plans changed and we went to the café in the village for lunch then did a walk to MacGregor's cave, a place the outlawed clan hid in days gone by. It was raining quite hard but most of the walk was in ancient woodland so that just added to the fantastic atmosphere.
Again there were awesome trees throughout and the lovely mountain stream pictured was one we had to cross. RF wasn't keen but crossed all the same, well done lovely lady.
It was a great walk to end on.
