Oh my! A busy day, 7am off to oxford, loaded up kit and kaboodle, including bikes, off to see new house, then home, then unload kit and kaboodle, pizza, bed.

All very calm and easy going, my pulled muscle was dosed up with ibruprofen, and I did lots of steps, up and down 2 flights of stairs!
