A jungle adventure

Today I had a great "jungle adventure" with the older TMG. This sounds much more impressive than it was and was really just a walk in the woods. The funny thing is that TMG Jr is determined to find the path to New Hampshire. The problem is that the spot he is thinking of is about 120 miles (193 km) away! I enjoy exploring with him and have no desire to spoil his fantasy that we might find NH. He was determined today that NH was just around the bend and a couple of times he even thought that we were there! I love his youthful exuberance and conviction that the impossible is possible. I look forward to many future searches for New Hampshire!

Today's blip is a tribute to this little guy. He was a champ during our "jungle adventure" of about 2 miles (3.2 km). In this shot, we stopped at one of many ponds and TMG Jr started throwing rocks into the water. I just shot away and managed to capture these three rocks landing simultaneously.

I don't love the composition of this shot, but it was chosen for sentimentality, not photographic perfection.

No photoshopping here, just basic saturation, contrast and brightness
