Ok. FYI. I decided not to go thru with the detox. It just made me feel too yucky. I decided eating food and feeling good was better!! So did Glenn. So now my only question is....what to do with all those lemons?? Any great lemon recipes out there??? Anyone??

Today was a good day! I enjoyed my cup large mug of coffee this morning. Work was productive. Laughs were shared. Ya, it was a pretty good day
