Wind Surfers

I didn't take hardly any pictures today.I was off chasing birdies of another sort. 1 under par birdies...to be exact.

The PGA (Professional Golfers of America) had a tour stop in Tarpon Springs, Florida...called the Tampa Bay Championship. It was supposed to be an hour away, but it was 90 minutes there, and 2 hours home.

I walked all 18 holes... the first 9 following Retief Goosen, Vigay Singh, and a guy named John Huh. I had a little fun with his name.

"How'd that shot feel...Huh?
"You caught all of that one...Huh?
"Been golfing long...Huh?

Come to find out...it was prounounced Who. Then it got even better. An elderly guy approached.

"Who is in this Group?"

"Yeah...he's right there...in the beige slacks."

"You didn't get my question...who is in this group?"

"YOU'RE KILLING ME! HE (HUH) IS STANDING RIGHT THERE!"

Fun times. The second 9 I followed Matt Kuchar. I wanted to walk 9 more...but my back said no.

For the serious golfers...I have a banana peel that Retief Goosen discarded after he ate the banana. Before I put it on E-bay, you fellow blippers can have the first shot at it. I'll start the bidding at 100 dollars. Too much you say? C'mon...the man has won 2 U.S. Opens. It's a very unique buy.

In the picture today...can you imagine the little dog skimming across the waves in his owners arms? I wonder what the dogs name is? I think I'll go with Hammerhead. I think the bigger dog was upset that he didn't get to go.
