Leptospermum

Another day, another plant.  This is leptospermum, aka - tea tree or manuka.  A gorgeous shrub originating from New Zealand, thriving against our studio, and with these wonderful pink flowers.

We managed a decent day in the garden, which has been somewhat neglected but has thriven during the extremes of weather varying from too hot to too wet!  W mowed some of the rather excessive grass growth, we pulled out lots of the bracken invading from the field next door, and I weeded the pond bed.
