Camera shy

I have yet to take a satisfactory photo of the single totem pole. Sun,lighting, background all seem problematic.

These are three cropped images put together.

The pole is close to a path that is now next to the new town centre by-pass. It is on the edge of a park that used to be the markets space. With all the developments happening I'm not sure if we will get the park back as recreation green space.

The pole marks a spot where,at the end of markets huge drum circles with many Instrumentalists and dancers would gather. I miss this particular regular "happening".

I will continue to try for a better photograph.
