Langdale Pikes

Holiday Day 6
A bit grey in the morning and Mr Rat cut short his run over the Coniston fells as there was low cloud and some rain, though by the time he'd returned the sun was out.
I went for a run (with quite a bit of walking) along the lake, a rough bit done in the other direction in the marathon, and then back over Torver Common, almost the reverse of the 10k race which had been run on Sunday.
We found a fairly flat walk in a book we had so headed to Langdale to do it, riverside, fields, tracks and minor road, with some good views of teh Pikes..
Fish suppers for our meal (forgot to say we went to the pub for our meal last night).
