Merry Go Round

Many thanks for all the sympathetic and supportive comments after yesterday's little incident. Inevitably, today I've been on the merry go round of phone calls to the police, insurance company, car window repair firm, audiologist, etc. until my head was spinning with claims forms, phone numbers, reference numbers and goodness knows what else, in between bread baking, writing reports on yesterday's school visit and cooking dinner. Who says men can't multitask?!

Anyway, they were all very efficient and the window now has a plastic cover over it until they can fit the new glass next Tuesday.

However with the car temporarily out of action, I nipped out this afternoon to eye up a different mode of transport.
