A scorcher...

An early, impromptu visit to Ruth and Luca... Luca is all bunged up with a cough and cold, and so Ruth stayed off work to look after him. She's also fretting about Eben, who has started being really picky about food. He's had 18 months of major change in his life, though: his Grandad dying, the move to Sheffield, a new school and of course the Covid restrictions. He may just be exerting control in one area of life that he can easily affect. Anyway, we chatted about all this, and about some options to try.

Then Diana, Richard and I went to the Botanical Gardens for lunch. The day has been hot and sunny: a classic June day. The gardens have plenty of mature trees - all being fully enjoyed.
