On Call
Back blipped a day.
We had a lovely sunny day on Woolacombe beach. After yesterday's slow start the sunshine was very strong and I may have crisped slightly. At some stage the RNLI beach outpost burbled and flashed blue lights, and this fellow shot past. It was remarkable how swiftly he made his way through the ebbing tide surf, using a high stepping run and the flat of the board to crash through the waves. Happily, nothing of note happened and he returned to shore.
