Beautiful out today, mild with a cooling breeze. Literally, everything ached last night for some reason and meds were ineffective. Consequently, I was awake till 3 am. Got up around 8:00 am. Picked more blueberries and somehow spent two hours pulling weeds here and there. Breakfasted on the front porch in the shade, so calming. This fuzzy bumble seemed to enjoy visiting these tiny blooms. I watched all the antics during breakfast. Hubby cut grass at church and school, took our trash and recycling to the convenience center, bought more wire to protect my plants from deer, and grabbed a roasted chicken for dinner. We have an unfinished room upstairs that I use to store my Christmas stuff and all decorations used for Knights’ events. It is stacked floor to ceiling with bins. Today I was able to slim it down a bit when the Grand Knight’s wife agreed to keep the arrangements we use at the reception for new Catholics at the Easter vigil. She is hosting a reception at Church for our newly ordained Deacon while we are out of town. Little by little I hope to unload everything. After next year’s graduation, my decorating days are over. “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.” —Dr. Seuss Thanks for stopping by.
