Large Red Damselfly

We had a great day today at RSPB Burton Mere and at last we managed to see some damselflies and the odd dragonfly. The new hide was now open and the best news of the day is that my ankle managed the whole circuit without too much trouble. It aches a little, but it gives me confidence that it should be OK for our holiday.
