Beach walk

Lovely walk on the beach with P and Rosie. Breakfast of smoothie and flapjack to finish.

Then home for some baking and then afternoon cream tea in the garden with mother in law and co and Rebecca.

Not a cloud in the sky. Shoulders are suffering and I have discovered that my umbrella is knackered.
