Prayer Flags

It’s always a bonus to start the day with a 45 mph chilly westerly wind, then to have to put the net back on the polytunnel, then to have to shift the tatties in planters because they are turning black. 

Later I was visiting Mrs Creel Snr, in hospital, when she came up with a real conversation stopper ‘Iain, I never thought I’d end up in a Funny Farm’ (verbatim).
