owl

Just when I thought I didn’t have a blip today, Mr F looked out of the window and there it was! An owl just sitting on a branch! 
He went off to get his super duper camera and tripod and by the time he got back the owl had flown!
I’ve seen lots of owls since we’ve been here but never one right outside the house in daylight too!
It’s been very hot today, our pool is out of action as the pump has gone away to be serviced, plus lizards keep getting in (see Mr F’s blip) so we closed the shutters and have had a quiet afternoon, in front of a fan, catching up on our tv recordings.
