Guinea fowl feather...

So, I didn't go to the Physiotherapist today...I postponed until Thursday because some friends invited me for a walk at Lilayi Lodge (its a beautiful place to walk here in Lusaka)!  Didn't see any animals except guinea fowl and a couple of antelope - they have zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, and a variety of antelope.  However, whether you see animals or not its a beautiful place to be and walking kept us warm in the cool air!  My leg was not painful at all today..
