Yellowwood Seeds

I don’t know what these are, but the cockatoos (extra) feast on them. They’re the size of an olive.

Update: Afrocarpus falcatus or A. gracilior, native to East Africa and known as yellowwood in English. Birds eat the soft coating and disperse the seeds.
