My lunch

A favourite lunch today, avocado on rosemary crackers with salad goodness from the polytunnel.  I always feel guilty buying avocados as there is such bad publicity around importing them so I do limit myself to just a rare treat. Even then my conscience does still rather spoil the enjoyment. I do try to always buy British and as local as possible, especially food, to limit transportation and air miles and all that entails; my biggest downfall is rice! I guess we can only do our best!
