At Home

Emma and Andy, with Baby Bump and Luna, came for a visit this morning on their way to meet friends in Stratford.  We had coffee and  a nice chat in the garden, the weather briniging another lovely day.

They left us with Luna as they went off to enjoy themselves, she behaved very well (Luna that is, not Emma, though I'm sure she did too!), letting the neighbours know of her presence. I cooked a hot-pot, stew, soup dish which we had with rice for tea, very nice, and plenty left over for the freezer.

Later we went for a walk by the brook and up to see the horses, who were not there, having been moved to a lower field.
