Here we have what Glenn and I will be ingesting for the next 10 days!!

We weren't quite ready to start our cleanse today. Missing a couple key ingredients. So, Wednesday is our start day!! We are ready. The gal that just finished came into the office today and she just looks so fresh and healthy. She is going to be 60 at the end of the month and says she feels better than she has in a long time!!
The jar is pure organic maple syrup from our local health store. They sell it in bulk


Good thing I like lemons.
