Flowers And Light

We have spent much of the day filling in forms relating to the house sale. We forgot to do the 'Politically Exposed Person' form. Are we or have we recently been e.g. MPs or appeals court judges? I don't think so, but my memory is not so good these days..

We then sorted out a pile of legal documents to take to the post office to send to the solicitors, including I'm pleased to say the planning permission for the kitchen extension in 1967. It would be a shame if that had to come down :-)

Note to self: don't go to the post office on a Friday afternoon. We're really lucky that we still have a small local post office which is usually very quiet, but today a guy seem to be sending about 20 parcels off, each one needing to be weighed, priced and recorded.  I suppose it only meant a 20 minute wait but that is a lot for our post office.

We had a nice walk down to the town though. Lots of nice flowers and interesting light. And very warm again.
