What is it?

I’ve no idea what this boat is but I assume it has some specific purpose. It looks strange and has no safety rails of any sort on the sides so surely not a pleasure craft of any sort.
But it makes a decent photograph with the reflection so it’s today’s blip.
After taking photographs I went to a presentation by Locate Guernsey  of the history behind our Open Market housing status and the criteria needing to be met by anyone considering relocating here. This was arranged by the Guild of Accredited Guides as continuing professional  development and may be useful once we have visitors on our walks again. Not sure how many more people we can squeeze in here but I suppose a few more high net worth individuals won’t matter.
