Shady

Dick has a reputation for being cantankerous & grumpy, & he's certainly a stranger to political correctness, but when we first moved to the area & started drinking in the local boozer, he was the first person to chat to us & make us feel welcome.
It seems he was once an ice-hockey player, when the sport was briefly popular in the UK, before performing in ice-skating spectaculars at the Empire Pool (now Wembley Arena).
However, there are those who suggest his past is somewhat more shady...
