Unusual flats (Inverness)

I went for a wee wander this afternoon as I was early for a GP appointment. I remembered these atypical flats. I'd love to know what they look like on the other side. I was going to be clever, and do some googling, but I've lost my Inverness map, and don't know the name of the street. Further along the same streeet I saw these tiny elecrtic blue flowers.
