Life on top of the Peak

In 2018 the Pikes Peak Cog railway closed for renovations. In that same year, the construction of a new Summit Visitors Center began. After three long years things are opening up again. The new cog railway chugged up the mountain on May 20, and the Visitors Center is set to open on June 30. This is the view from home with my long lens.
