Hidden in the depths

Part of the joy of walking the same route each morning is seeing the subtle changes in it as the season progresses. Well, seeing a bright orange poppy in bloom today was not so subtle!
As I approached to take a snap with my phone, I noticed the gorgeous purple interior. This is straight out of the phone, no post processing.
