Curlews

The field at the back of our house was full of curlews and oyster catchers today. No idea why, although I suspect the slurry that's been sprayed on it recently may have something to do with it.

I know you can't really see them in this pic, especially the masses further away, but it's the best I have. (I diddled with it in Photoshop then ended up it just getting silly so I've given in.)
