Exquisite weather

It was just the most beautiful day...crystal blue skies, warm, and a light breeze. The cottonwoods are doing their snow-like thing, scattering their seeds all over the neighborhood. I took the grandchildren for a picnic at our neighborhood playground today and the effect of the cottonwoods made the whole afternoon rather magical. My granddaughter thought it looked like fairy land and my young grandson the light it was snow. Magical no matter how you view it.

I took a walk this morning before the children came over and saw these clouds...rather magical in their own right don’t you think?
