Friday at Last

It feels like it's been a long week, and I'm glad it's Friday. I have the grandchildren tomorrow, which is always fun (and tiring!). Sunday is my day to be in the garden, and Monday I'll work on my class. So goes the weekend!

But I had a lovely visit with Mom today....she doesn't require much care, although she really needs help doing most everything. But it's a quiet, precious time and we did a lot of reminiscing about the small town on the coast of Massachusetts that I grew up in, and where she and my dad lived for 50 years. 

We're revisiting Nigella sativa Love-in-a-Mist today, but this time with a colorful pollinator :-) Happy Memorial Day weekend!
