A relatively easy first day, though there was a small push just after the Crook of Loon (which was just after the bacon butty stop.) This is on a slight detour to the Great Stone of Fourstones, traditional marker of the Lancashire-Yorkshire border, where we climbed (partway) up and ate Eccles Cakes and enjoyed the windswept scenery...
