The Bay

The last day of Term 5 went fairly quickly with lessons covered for other folk whilst they worked on grades for exam groups. I was out in fairly good time and didn’t have to wait with the late bus. Home to Bailey and to pack the car to head to the sea. A bit of a longer journey time than anticipated but not bad for a Friday before a bank holiday. We arrived at our beach hut for the weekend just outside of Filey. A lovely amount of space and a walk to the beach which we headed to after chilli for tea. A run on the beach for Bailey and we all feel very far from Lincoln.
