We're OK. Not in Waitrose yet

Several of you expressed a little concern about the lambs and the very very cold conditions. I drove past the field this morning at about 8.00 and the flock were all still out there, shivering of course.

I went past later and took a few more photos. They don't seem any the worse for wear, even with last night's chill and snow.

I was on my way to Branston Water Park, to get used to my new compact camera. My old one's zoom wasn't working properly and I am always worried about travelling with my Canon (actually - I just take the wrong lenses!). I've had another Lumix as I loved my other one.
