Was in mk yesterday afternoon for first f2f book group meeting. Lovely to see everyone- no photos though. Ca’s garden was looking gorgeous but it poured with rain as we got there so couldn’t even have drinks in the garden. Stayed overnight with Cl and went to John Lewis for breakfast and s browse around with her. D had invited me for coffee so went over to hers and sat in the garden for a while before heading home via a couple of plant nurseries to look for Laurel hedging- not successful! J phoned later. His landscaping work should be finished later apart from laying the gravel which is out of stock!
