Sourdough…
…after it’s last stage of proving we popped the sourdough in the oven today!
Not bad. Think I’d have our oven slightly lower temp and leave the bread in longer the next time.
It’s got a few holes in it’s textured and tastes quite good.
Grateful that this worked out.
