Duck Confit
Duck confit, caramelized Brussels sprouts, and black quinoa. Wine: Ch. Saint-Sernin Cahors Mana 2015.
On not thinking through the visuals when planning this meal, it ended up being something of a study in brown. However, it was a tasty study in brown. The wine was very good and great value. Cahors is a Malbec from southwestern France, and I've yet to find one I didn't like.
