Squash Casserole
Squash casserole with pasilla peppers, mussels escabeche, and salad.
The mussels were tinned by a Spanish brand I had not tried before (Serrats) - decent flavor but poor texture (like wet chalk). If I had not had well done tinned mussels before, I would probably assume they just weren't suitable for canning.
