Reflective Moment

Our walking group started from here this morning and it was a great walk around the bay and back over the hill in the background for 9 Km and 12 floors. It seemed more than 12 floors but the group (The Steady Steppers) seemed to be moving a bit faster than usual drawn no doubt by the thought of the offerings at the "Spruce Goose" Cafe at the end. When we got home The Boss had to saw up some wood for a short time. We actually have a heat pump and further more it was delightfully warm with wall to wall sun so I thought at the time that we didn't need all that noise....
