Day 69 of 365 - Powerline!

Welcome to day 69 of 365 (this is the finished image after editing).

The original photo was taken late this afternoon just after I finished work. The image is of a powerline pylon that lies on some waste ground that runs alongside a railway line.

As always the shot was taken with my iPhone 5. The photo was taken today using the App PureShot for iPhone, saved as a MAX (best quality) Jpg file. The original image can be found here: Unedited original Image.

First of all I used Snapseed to crop and edit the image. I then used the App Color Thief to transfer the colours and tones from my image - Broadgate by Night (from Day 67 of 365 on 9th March) over to this picture. Next I gave the picture some texture using the Galaxy 2 filter in the App Wood Camera. Finally I finished off the picture using the App Alien Sky, to give the final image a couple of light effects.
