Afternoon walk and listen

Having done my long run, yesterday, I seemed to have a lot of time on my hands today, and as Abi was working and Dan was revising, I went out for a walk on my own, taking the opportunity to have a final listen to the playlist for this evening's show* and make some mental notes.

One absolute treat, though, was that, out of the blue, Dan offered to make tea for us. And that was a treat for two reasons: firstly, it was delicious (he made us halloumi burgers and fries) but the second was that working out what to feed Dan and Abi every day is a minor bane of my life, so it was nice to get a day off!
